loss program created by Suzanne Gudakunst, a doctor from
Arizona.
She has caused quite a stir in the diet food and drug
industry, claiming that she has blown the lid off the
best kept weight loss secret.
We felt that the website was a bit hyped up compared to
what you actually receive. Still, the material was
useful and extremely comprehensive.
This program is more of a guide (in the form of an ebook). It does
provide page after page of useful tips and advice
regarding how to change you daily diet and weekly
routine that will help you lose the pounds.
It is very well laid out. If the advice is followed, it
is easy to understand why a number of people have had
success and we did hear some very positive comments
